Instructions
Preheat your pellet smoker to 180 degrees f.
Place the stick of butter on a small cast iron skillet, small dutch oven or a heat safe shallow dish.
Sprinkle the stick of butter with Sea Salt.
Place the cast iron skillet on the grill grates of your pellet smoker. Close the lid and smoke for 45 minutes.
