Expert Tips And Tricks
Use High-Quality Ingredients: This delicious summer salad requires very few ingredients, which means using high-quality ingredients is even more important. If you have a good quality extra virgin olive oil, now is the time to use it. Also, if you can get your hands on super fresh and organic peaches—it is worth it, as the flavor is so much better.
Choose Ripe Peaches: Make sure your peaches are ripe for the best flavor and texture. If you use super firm peaches they may be crunchy and not have the best texture.
Serve Immediately: This salad is best when fresh, so assemble it just before serving.
