Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and divide the individual spears of asparagus into 6 bunches consisting of 6-7 spears.
¾-1 lb Asparagus
Lay out the prosciutto slices and add a dollop of the spreadable cheese to the center of the prosciutto.
2 oz Prosciutto, 6 teaspoon Spreadable Cheese
Place 1 small bunch of asparagus on top of the cheese and roll the slice of prosciutto around the asparagus. Repeat for the other 5 bunches.
Place the bundles in a single layer with the seam side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the bundles with a little bit of olive oil and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place the baking sheet in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crisp and the asparagus is cooked through.
