This easy no onion guacamole recipe is full of flavor, and only requires avocados, lime juice and sea salt. This simple guacamole recipe comes together in just a couple of minutes and it’s the perfect addition to Taco Tuesday, burgers, or you can serve it as a delicious dip with chips and veggies.

Instructions
Peel the avocado flesh and add it to a medium bowl. With a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado. Be sure to leave some chunks, as this should not be as smooth as a true dip.
Add the lime juice and salt to the mashed avocados and combine. Taste for seasonings and add more salt or lime juice as needed. Top with a pinch of flakey sea salt.

Mashing: This guac shouldn’t be super smooth. You will want to leave a few smaller chunks of avocado for texture.
No Lime: If you don’t have fresh lime juice on hand, feel free to substitute it with lemon juice.
