This creamy Cottage Cheese Mousse is not only easy to make but is also decadent yet light. It's a fantastic way to sneak in some extra protein while satisfying your sweet tooth.

All you need is some good quality cottage cheese, maple syrup, cacao powder and chocolate chips.

Step 1. In a food processor combine the cottage cheese, cacao powder, and maple syrup.

Step 2. Blend the cottage cheese mixture smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

Step 3. Divide the chocolate mousse into serving glasses or bowls. Step 4. Make the chocolate shell topping.

Step 5. Pour the melted chocolate over the top of each mousse and spread the chocolate out and top with a pinch of sea salt.
