This Traeger Baked Potato recipe is the perfect side dish that you can serve with your favorite grilled or smoked meat.

All you need for this simple recipe is russet potatoes, extra virgin olive oil and flakey sea salt!

Step 1: Wash and dry the potatoes.  Step 2: Brush each potato with olive oil, and cover with flakey sea salt.

Step 3: Place the potatoes directly on the grill grates of your smoker. Check them after 2.5-3 hours. They are done when they are soft to the touch.

Step 4: Remove from the smoker and allow them to cool slightly. Step 5: Slice, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
