This Traeger Smoked Cream Cheese is so easy to make. It will be perfect for your next BBQ or Holiday gathering.

I love an easy appetizer, and it really doesn’t get much easier than this Smoked Cream Cheese recipe! All you need is a block of cream cheese and your favorite dry rub.

Step 1: Remove the block of cream cheese from the packaging and place it on a small plate or pice of foil or parchment paper, and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Coat the block of cheese with your dry rub. Make sure all sides of the cream cheese are covered by gently pressing the dry rub into the cream cheese.

Step 3: Using a sharp knife score the cream cheese, with ½ inch slits to make a crosshatch pattern.

Step 4: Place the block of cream cheese in a lightly oiled cast iron skillet. Place the skillet on the grill and smoke.

Step 5: Smoke the cream cheese for 2 - 2.5 hours or until the cream cheese pulls away at the slits and is warm in the center.

Place the smoked cream cheese on your serving dish. Enjoy with crackers, veggies or chips! Click the link for the full recipe and variations!
