These Sourdough Discard Brownies are simply delicious. The brownies are rich and decadent, yet free of dairy, and refined sugar.

The addition of sourdough discard makes these brownies extra soft and chewy.

Step 1: Combine the almond flour, gluten-free flour, cacao powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir to combine.

Step 2: In a medium size bowl, add the eggs and coconut sugar, and use an electric mixer to beat until light and slightly fluffy. Then add in the dry ingerdients.

Step 3: Melt the chocolate and add it to the brownie batter, along with the sourdough discard.

Step 4: Pour the brownie batter in a lined baking sheet. Bake the sourdough brownies for 30-35 minutes.

Step 5: Allow the sourdough discard brownies to cool, then remove from the pan and cut into pieces.
