Smoked Butter is incredibly simple to make, and totally irresistible.  It’s perfect for slathering on bread, finishing your meats, or to cook eggs or veggies in.

Not only is this recipe super simple, and it only requires 2 ingredients, butter and sea salt.

Step 1: Place the stick of butter on a small cast iron skillet, small dutch oven or a heat safe shallow dish.

Step 2: Sprinkle the stick of butter with Sea Salt.

Step 3: Place the cast iron skillet on the grill grates of your pellet smoker. Close the lid and smoke.

Once the butter has smoked, you can use it on toast, grilled meats, chicken, fish, or seafood.
