This Quick Pickled Onions recipe is so easy to make. You can add these delicious pickled onions to almost any dish for some extra crunch.

All you need to make quick pickled onions is a red onion, warm water, apple cider vinegar coconut sugar, and Sea Salt.

Step 1: Thinly slice the red onion and place into a heat safe jar.

Step 2: In a heat safe bowl, add apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar, sea salt salt and warm water. Mix until sugar is dissolved.

Step 3: Pour liquid mixture over onions and allow to sit at room temperature until cool, then add to the fridge and store for up to one week.
