This Almond Butter Pumpkin Banana Bread is light, fluffy, and incredibly delicious. It’s also gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free.

You will be amazed at how easy this recipe is! All you have to do is throw the ingredients into a bowl, mix, and bake.

Step 1: In a small bowl add the gluten-free flour, almond flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice. Whisk to combine.

Step 2: In a large bowl mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

Step 3: Add the almond butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix until combined.

Step 4: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.

Step 5: Pour the banana bread batter into a parchment-lined, or prepared loaf pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Step 6: Allow the pumpkin banana bread to cool, then slice and enjoy with butter or almond butter and jam on top.
