Step 1: If you don't have chicken tenders, cut your chicken breast into 3-4 inch pieces, and set aside.

Step 2: Dip each piece of chicken into the mixture of flour, mayo, mustard, egg, spices and hot sauce.

Step 3: Next dip the coated chicken in the breadcrumbs and place on top of a wire rack that is on top of a baking sheet.
