Grilled Peach and Burrata salad is the perfect summer salad. The smoky grilled peaches pair well with the creamy burrata and silky prosciutto.

The grilled peaches are the star of the show. If you can get your hands on super fresh and organic peaches, it is worth it, as the flavor is so much better.

Step 1: Place the peaches on the grill, open-side down, and grill for 2-3 minutes or until you can see grill marks on the peaches.

Step 2: Wash and dry the greens. Step 3: Remove the burrata from the water and break it up with a fork.

Step 4: Assemble the salad by placing a thin layer of greens on a large plate. Arrange the peaches, burrata and prosciutto on top of the greens.

Step 5: Top the grilled peach salad with fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
