These Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies are so easy to make and not too sweet, yet decadent as ever.

These delicious cookies are made with simple ingredients such as almond flour, gluten-free baking flour, peanut butter and maple syrup.

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour, gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Whisk to combine.

Step 2: In a stand-mixer bowl, add peanut butter, coconut oil  and egg. Affix paddle attachment and mix until everything is combined and smooth.

Step 3: Add in remaining ingredients  and mix to combine. Next slowly add dry ingredients to the wet and mix on low until combined.

Step 4: Fold in ¾ cup chocolate chips and put dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.

Step 5: Using a cookie scoop, measure dough into 10-12 balls and place each ball on the parchment lined baking sheet.

Step 6: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Top each cookie with a pinch of flakey sea salt while warm.
