Step 1: Place colander over a bowl and line colander with a cheesecloth or coffee filters.

Step 2: Place the yogurt in the lined colander and top with pink salt.

Step 3: Cover yogurt with cheesecloth or additional coffee filters and set aside for 24 hours.
