You only need a handful of ingredients to make this Gluten-Free Apple Cobbler. This cobbler is a healthy dessert, as it's made with coconut sugar and gluten-free flour.

Step 1: Thinly slice your apples and toss them with gluten-free flour, apple pie spice, coconut sugar and lemon juice.

Step 2: Make the topping by combining gluten-free flour, coconut oil, vanilla, baking powder and apple pie spice.

Step 3: Assemble the sliced apples in your greased pie dish and cover with the cobbler topping.

Step 4: Bake and enjoy. This Easy Apple Cobbler is also fantastic with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
