Penne pasta and salmon are tossed in a rich and decadent cream sauce; made with shallots, white wine and heavy cream.

Step 1: While the pasta cooks, melt the butter and saute shallots, garlic and herbs. Then add the white wine to deglaze the pan.

Step 2: Add the half & half, salt and pepper and allow the sauce to thicken.

Step 3: Next add the cooked salmon to the cream sauce, then gently combine the salmon and sauce.

Step 4: Add the cooked pasta along with Parmesan cheese to the cream sauce.
