These Barbacoa Tacos are packed with flavor and incredibly easy to make. They are a crowd-pleaser, and perfect for your next taco night.

Tacos de Barbacoa layers tender, slow-cooked beef, tangy pickled red onions, and sharp white cheddar cheese on top of a soft corn tortilla.

Step 1: Prepare your barbacoa, ahead of the time by following my easy Dutch Oven Barbacoa recipe.

Step 2: Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, and lightly spray it with avocado oil. Heat the tortillas on both sides.

Step 3: Add the warm barbacoa to the center of your corn tortilla. Repeat until you have made all of your tacos.

Step 4: Top the tacos with sharp white cheddar cheese and pickled red onions.

Step 5: Serve the Tacos de Barbacoa with a squeeze of fresh lime juice, along with cilantro and any other toppings you enjoy.
