Salted Caramel Bliss Balls
I love making Bliss Balls and experimenting with the flavors. These Salted Caramel Bliss Balls are a nutritious snack that you can keep on hand and enjoy whenever you have a hankering for something sweet. These Salted Caramel Bliss Balls are also made with all real ingredients, and contain no refined sugar or processed junk!
Are Bliss Balls Unhealthy?
In short, NO! However, I wouldn’t recommend eating them all in one day, as too much of anything can sometimes NOT be a good thing!
While the Salted Caramel Bliss balls are a sweet treat, the sweetness comes from medjool dates, which also provide the caramel flavor. Dates are not only a fantastic natural sweetener, but are also incredibly nutritious; containing loads of potassium, B-Vitamins, Iron and Magnesium.

Ingredients
Medjool Dates: Yes, you can use other types of dates, but Medjool is by far my favorite! They are larger, slightly darker in texture, and have a powerfully rich caramel flavor.
Cashews: Raw, plain and unsalted.
Shredded Coconut Flakes: Let’s Do Organic is my go-to.
Almond Butter: I use my Homemade Almond Butter, but you can also use your favorite store bought. Additionally, you can substitute any nut butter for your linking.
Collagen Peptides: The collagen peptides are completely optional, though why not sneak it in wherever you can!?! If you want to give it a try, Vital Proteins is my all-time go-to collagen, I’ve been using this brand for YEARS, and I simply love it!
Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
Sea Salt: I’m a big fan of Redmond Real Salt.
