Smoked Hamburgers are so easy to make and incredibly delicious.  Just make the patties and let the smoker do the rest!

These juicy burgers are made with only a few ingredients – grass-fed beef, grated onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 1: In a large bowl, add the ground beef, grated onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Divide the meat into 4 equal portions (roughly 4oz each) and use your hands to form into patties.

Step 3: Once your Traeger has heated up place the burger patties directly on the grill grate of your smoker and close the lid.

Step 4: Smoke the burgers for 60-90 minutes or until the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

Step 5:  Add a slice of cheese and smoke for another 3-5 minutes. Remove the burgers from the grill and allow them to rest for 5 minutes. Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
